DAY 1 – AIRPORT / WADDUWA

Greeted by a representative of Ebert Silva Holidays at the airport you will be transferred to your hotel in Wadduwa. Check in and relax at the beach.

Overnight stay in Wadduwa.

DAY 2 – KOSGODA / MIRISSA

After breakfast, visit the Turtle Hatchery in Kosgoda where the sanctuary facilitates a large hatchery, safeguarding the endangered species. You will also have the unique opportunity to enjoy a delightful boat safari along the Madu River. The Madu River estuary is a Ramsar proclaimed wetland in the world that has a complex and fascinating coastal wetland ecosystem of mangroves and islands. Transfer to the heritage city of Galle. Visit the Galle Fort to experience an iconic part of the island’s Dutch history. Check in at your hotel in Mirissa for the overnight stay.

DAY 3 – MIRISSA

Embark on an exciting whale-watching expedition in the early hours of the morning. Mirissa is the number 1 hotspot to view the world’s largest mammal – the Blue Whale during the months from November to April. There are many other species of whales and dolphins found in these waters. The sight of dolphins that playfully frolic in the waves is an absolute treat to nature lovers! Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure with overnight stay in Mirissa.

DAY 4 – UDAWALAWA

After breakfast transfer to Udawalawa. Visit the Elephant Transit Home where orphaned baby elephants are taken care of until they can be released back to the wild. Thereafter, check in at the Udawalawe camping site and be ready for an exciting Safari at the park. You can enjoy numerous sightings of herds of elephants and many other animals and birds. Overnight stay in Udawalawa.

DAY 5 – COLOMBO / AIRPORT

On the final day of your amazing holiday in Sri Lanka you will be transferred to the airport after breakfast, for your onward journey.
